You won't be getting any theatrics from me this time. Well, maybe a little (because I have to be me after all...lol).
So, I'm back.....Again. And I'd love to say I'm back for good, but you have no reason to believe me.
At best, I've been inconsistent. But if we're for real, it's worse than that. I gave you my word, too, and I didn't honor it. My mama always said, "Baby, a person is only as good as their word. And if you can't trust their word, they ain't worth $hit!" YET, every year, I'd show up with the promise to write more and stay engaged, and every year, I showed up like a narcissistic ex, promising they've changed when they know they haven't. One post in January, and then boom, I'm gone for the rest of the year!
But this time, it'll be different!
And before you even say it, I know what you're thinking, "Yeah, right! What's different this time?"
Well, it's simple.
I've come to understand that my writing is not about me. It's not about the number of likes and shares or whether or not I go viral. Instead, it's an assignment. An assignment to use my gift of writing to share encouraging words, stories, testimonies, and insights—each serving as a seed in someone's life. I believe these seeds have the power to be catalysts, transformed by God into something truly incredible in the lives of others.
God's work in my life has been nothing short of miraculous. It would be irresponsible of me not to share these blessings and miracles in real time.
So, here we are, you and I, embarking on this journey together. I've laid bare my "WHO" and "WHY," I invite you to join me. Let's walk this path fueled by faith, authenticity, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact. I'm not promising perfection, but I am promising sincerity and dedication.
